Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zingolv.com and any related social casino game/services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

3) Virtual coins and items

• Virtual coins, credits, chips, boosts, or items ("Virtual Items") have no cash value.
• Virtual Items are not redeemable for money, goods, or services outside the Service.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered or awarded through the Service.
• Virtual Items may be modified, reset, removed, or discontinued at any time as permitted by law.

4) Accounts and security

If an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or to protect the Service.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, automation, or unauthorized software.
• Harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Attempting to access non-public systems, reverse engineering, or disrupting the Service.
• Buying/selling/transferring accounts or Virtual Items outside permitted in-app mechanisms.

6) In-app purchases (if offered)

If we offer optional purchases, prices and taxes (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable license to use Virtual Items within the Service only. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, content, trademarks, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Virtual Items will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits/data, or loss of Virtual Items. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

10) Changes; termination

We may update these Terms and the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence may also apply.
